Betty Russell Long, 87, of Greenville, SC died Monday, January 29, 2018. She was born in Atlanta, GA to Mamie Estelle Woodruff and Archie Russell. She leaves behind a son, Raymond Edward (Eddie) Long, Jr.; a daughter, Linda Long Christopher; a son-in-law, Phil Christopher; and two grand-dogs, Abby and Dixie. She also leaves several very dear friends whom she loved and cherished for many years.
She was a wonderful, giving mother who selflessly devoted her life to caring for her children.
She retired from Belk after working many years where she received awards as outstanding salesperson.
The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to the loving care given to our mom by the staff of NHC of Greenville and Halcyon Hospice.

She will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Greenville, SC.
