Born in Greenville, SC, Anna traveled extensively and lived in Martinborough, New Zealand and Pawleys Island, SC before moving back to Greenville, SC in 2017. She was an enthusiastic lover of nature, especially SC native trees, and an avid gardener. Anna shared a love of art through her charity work for several cancer organizations with a particular passion for local stones and metalsmithing. Kind and compassionate with a ready smile in spite of enduring illness, she gave strength to friends and family.
Anna is survived by her husband Dan Skerman and her children Georgia and Joe Skerman. Also by her father Billy Long, Jr. and brother Crawford Long.
She is predeceased by her mother Shields Warren.
A celebration of Anna's life for family and friends will be held on March 4, 2023 beginning at 4:00 PM. The location will be 30 Club Dr. Greenville, SC 29605.
