Doug L. Carmichael

Doug L. "Dirty Butt" Carmichael, age 66 of Union, Ohio rode off into the sunset on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 12: 03 PM at the UC Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio. Born in Dayton, Ohio on August 10, 1958 he was a son to the late Robert & Irene (Downing) Carmichael. Doug was at mechanic at Wright Bros Aero for over 28 years. He loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, going fishing and loved his friends, and a good time. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.

Doug is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Robin (Bickel) Carmichael, whom he married on October 14, 1982: son Dustin Carmichael: siblings Barry Carmichael; Paula & Ernie Pietrowski: sister-in-law KK Kerns-Thompson & Wayne Thompson: brother-in-law Robert & Pam Bickel: longtime friend Steve Grimmie: numerous nieces and nephews: and a host of friends.

Friends may call on the family from 11:00- 1:00 PM on Friday October 4, 2024 at Kindred Funeral Home- 400 Union Blvd, Englewood, Ohio 45322- A funeral service will follow at 1 PM with Pastor John Hughes presiding. Burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Trotwood, Ohio. Following the graveside service there will be a gathering of family and friends at the Irish Club-6555 Dog Leg Rd, Dayton, Ohio 45414- Arrangements entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
