It is with great sadness that the family of Sharon Archer Crouch a resident of Greensboro announces her passing on Wednesday June 29, 2022.
Sharon was born July 27, 1944 in Chula Vista, CA and was the daughter of Howard Francis Archer and Frances Irene Avery Archer. She moved to Huddleston, VA when she married Haywood Crouch. She loved and raised 3 children and numerous foster children. Her faith and desire to help both people and animals in need, suited her life on the farm and fueled her lifelong career in healthcare both professional and in the private sector after retirement.
Sharon joins Haywood Lewis Crouch and her son David Howard Crouch, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Her memory and legacy will be carried on in those she leaves behind, her sister Johanna Gil, daughters Anna Ferguson and husband Jake, Kathrine Upton and six grandchildren, Brittney, Michael and Oliva Crouch, Kollin Upton, Piper and Micah Garlock.
A memorial service for Sharon will be announced at a later time.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Sharon’s memory to the donor’s local animal shelter.
