Robert Andrew Payne passed away on February 28, 2019 from an aortic aneurysm. He was 40 years old. A Celebration of His Life will be held on March 10, 2019 at Thompson Hall at North Carolina State University, 2241 Dunn Avenue, Raleigh, N.C. A Family Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. followed by the
Celebration at 2:00 p.m. Space is limited in Thompson Hall. A more informal celebration for all of Andrew’s friends will be held that evening beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Market Hall downtown at 215 Wolfe Street, Raleigh, N.C. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at www.gofundme.com/andrew-payne-memorial-fund. All donations will go towards the establishment of an endowment in Andrew’s honor. Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel is assisting the Payne family.
