Robert “Rusty” Lynn Moser, 59, a resident of Greensboro passed away at his home on Thursday, March 7, 2019 a period of declining health. He was born December 8, 1959 in Greensboro the son of Robert Rieves and Gracie May McGehee Moser.
Rusty was a member of the graduating class of 1978 from Southern Guilford High School. He was a route salesman with Lamb Distributors and later with Ruth Salads.
Rusty was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Ruby Moser Oakes.
He is survived by his daughter, Samantha Nicole Moser and fiancé Dalton Truitt of Greensboro; step-daughter, Jessica Steed and husband Dillon of Greensboro; sisters, Betty Moser Allred and husband Jimmy of Greensboro, Tempie Moser Peoples of Greensboro, Linda Moser Kulick of Arcadia, FL; Rusty’s former wife, Tammy M. Ferguson and grandchildren, McKenzi Steed, Michaela Steed, Michael Steed and soon to be born in April, Emily Truitt.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Wednesday March,13, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel.
