A graveside service will be held Thursday May 20, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Westminster Gardens.
Lee was born November 21, 1938 in Schenectady, NY, the eldest son of Donald A. Davis and Ninabelle Herzog Davis.
Lee was employed as a Captain at the Department of Corrections in Missouri for many years, also with Avis, and retired from Allied Barton Security in Greensboro. He enjoyed playing solitaire in his free time and was a veteran of the US Marine Corps.
In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Chandler Davis, his son, Mark Davis, and brothers, Spencer, Wayne and Stuart Davis.
Survivors include his children, Dawn Davis Williams, Michael Davis, and Timothy Davis; step children, Samantha Brady and Scott Brady (Christina); sister, Betse Smith.
The family asks with gratitude that memorials in Lee’s name be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Road Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
