A graduate of Southeast Guilford High School, Jake was a deeply creative and kind soul who faced life's challenges with quiet strength. Even during the toughest times, Jake could light up any room with his kindness and wit. Whether he was cracking jokes or lending a helping hand, Jake's caring heart was his superpower.
Jake is predeceased by his father, Ricky Wright, grandparents Preston Wright, and Sandra Anthony, and step-grandfather, Ted Anthony, whose absence he carried with him every day. He is survived by his mother, Marilyn Jane Wright; his sisters, Rachel Alexandra Lowe and Carrie Averlyn Wright; and his grandparents Joan and Doug Landreth. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, a nephew and niece and other extended family members. Though their relationships were not always easy, Jake's family never stopped loving him and hoping for his happiness and peace.
Jake's life will be remembered privately by his family who held him close in their hearts.
