Gale Gray, 69, of Greensboro, passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2018. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be at 2 PM, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Hanes-Lineberry N. Elm chapel officiated by Pastor Jon Boling. The family will receive guests following the service.
Gale was born in Richmond County, NC to the late David S. and Colleen S. Greene. She was a woman of great faith and worshipped at Lawndale Baptist Church. Her family and friends will remember Gale’s generous heart and helpful spirit. She loved to garden, enjoyed hunting for rocks and minerals, and was an animal lover. Gale loved to spend time outdoors, especially at the beach, where she searched for shark’s teeth, beach glass and shells.
Gale is survived by her children Jana (Chris) Allen of Fayetteville and Daniel Boswell of Charlotte; grandchildren, Emilie and Carter Allen; and brother, David (Maria) Greene of KY and their three daughters.
