She was born to Clyde and Gladys Osborne on February 4, 1960 in Greensboro, NC. Diane later married and was blessed with two beautiful children. She was then fortunate enough to gain three "granddudes" that brought all the joy to her world.
Diane had a career in healthcare where she could provide nursing needs in order to give back and to help others. Giving back to the community was always an important goal of hers. She was one of the most selfless, giving, loving and outgoing people and would light up any room with her beautiful smile. Diane enjoyed traveling with her fiance Steve to various destinations. The beach and the lake were some of her favorite places to spend her spare time. She had a special love for all of her camping family that she had met over the years. Diane enjoyed her daily talks with her best friend and sister "Wormy". There was never a dull moment when those two were together which was part of the reason she gained the nickname "Crazy". She had so many special bonds and has touched many lives with everyone that she crossed paths with. Diane never met a stranger in her 62 years of life.
She is preceded in death by grandfather, Huey Osborne, grandmother, Pearl Osborne and brother, Ralph Osborne Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory daughter, Kimberly Parnell (Chris), son, Dustin Hazelwood (Liz), grandchildren, Landon Parnell, Lucas Parnell, Tucker Hazelwood, fiancé, Steve Pegram "Poppie", mother, Gladys (Richard) Champion, father, Clyde Osborne, sisters, Tammy Clopton, (Donald), Sandra Garner, (Rodney), Christie Champion and Amy Champion; brothers, Rick Champion (Betty Ann), Danny Champion (Karen) and David Champion, (Tamera).
