Born on March 8, 1953, in Queens, NY, he was the son of the late Harry and Jean Kennedy.
Danny was a true New Yorker and a true Yankees Fan. The love for his home team extended to his Godchild, Tara, whom he often took to games, talked stats and shared their history. Danny worked hard and achieved the many goals he set for himself. One of those goals was being the first in his family to graduate from college. While Danny could appear rough on the outside, he had a sensitive heart when you got to know him. He was unique in his own way but very much loved by his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Kennedy who passed away January 8, 2021 and a brother, Michael Kennedy.
Danny is survived by his son, Robert Kennedy and wife Ashley; granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Madison; his sister, Sharon Kennedy; his brother, Matthew Kennedy and wife Miriam; and numerous other family members and friends.
There will be no formal services at this time.
