Barbara Naomi Roberts Hendrix, 90, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2024, at the Hospice of High Point. Born on September 3, 1934, she was a devoted member of Grace Baptist Church and a proud employee of Cone Mills for 36 years.
Barbara was the beloved daughter of Allen Benjamin Roberts and Della Martin Roberts. She was preceded in death by her cherished husband, Kelly Lennon Hendrix Jr., and her first-born daughter, Cindy Hendrix Still. She will now join them in heaven.
She is survived by her loving children: Betty Michael and her husband Mark, Kenneth Hendrix and his wife Deanna, Lisa Cranford, and Todd Still. Her memory will also live on through her six grandchildren: Frankie Saferight, Rocky Suits, Mark Michael, Lauren Faulk, Brittany Cranford, and Heather Disher, as well as her twelve great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life Friday October 4, 2024 with visitation from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Advantage Funeral Home, followed by a service at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Guilford Memorial Park. The family kindly requests no home visits at this time.
