She retired from Magnavox in 1988.
Mrs. Broyles was a member of Ashway Pentecostal Holiness Church, where she attended as long as her health permitted. She had been sick for several months. She served as a Sunday School teacher and held other positions in the church. She enjoyed singing with her family in a trio and playing her guitar. She was a true Christian with a strong love for her Lord and Savior.
She loved her family and would do anything for them. She was a loving and caring mother.
Survivors include her daughter: Patricia Broyles; sister and brother-in-law: Judy and Odene Davis; sisters-in-law: Naomi Cutshaw and Wanda Broyles; brothers-in-law: J. W. Huff, Richard Broyles and wife, Joyce, Fred White, and Bill Hartman; very special nephew: Rodney Davis; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin E. Broyles; her parents, Melvin and Pearl Cutshaw; brothers, Verlo Cutshaw and Raymond Cutshaw; and sisters, Arlene Finkle and Audrey Huff.
The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dean Brewster and Judy Brewster officiating.
Interment will be at 11:00 am Friday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at 10 am Friday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jason Rader, Josh Davis, Tim Cutshaw, Randall Cutshaw, Dion Holter, and Issac Holter.
