Wanda Sue Burnett

Wanda was free spirited and loved everyone. She was a homemaker and loved to make latch-hook rugs and made many throughout the years. She also loved gardening and canning her foods.

She is survived by her husband, John Burnett; sons, Brandon Ricker of Greeneville and Christopher (Samantha) McClain of Kingsport; her grandchildren, Shawn Feagins of Rogersville, Rose McClain and expected grandson Bryson McClain of Kingsport, and Hayden Ricker of Greeneville; brothers, Gary Ricker of Greeneville, Chris Ricker of Greeneville, and Roger (Lela) Ricker of Mosheim; sisters, Cathy Hogan of Mosheim, Karen Harrison of Greeneville, and Cindy Hensley of Greeneville; special niece, Heather Harrison of Greeneville; special cousin, Crystal Kesterson of Greeneville; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Also surviving are brothers-in-law, Jerry (Cheryl) McFarland and Billy (Sheila) McFarland of Denison, Texas; sister-in-law, Mary (Drew) Baird of Phoenix, Arizona; lifelong friend, Lori Ricker of Greeneville; and beloved pets, Reese and Mandy.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Deloris Ricker; and brothers-in-law, Donald Hensley and John Harrison.

A memorial service will be held at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 6pm, officiated by Rev. Tim Roach.
