Terry Lee Hensley

He was retired as Housekeeping Supervisor at V. A. Hospital at Mountain Home.

He was a hard working man willing to help anyone in need. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Terry was a U. S. Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was an avid fisherman.

He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Patricia Hensley; he helped raise three step-children, Nikki Scalf, Billy and Jill Shelton and Tammy and Jeff Hayes. Also surviving are two step-grandchildren, Zak and Zoey Hayes; two brothers, Taylor and Diane Hensley and Billy Joe Hensley and Brenda Ray; brother in law, Calvin and Kim Hawkins; three uncles, Arlin Shelton, Clifford Shelton and Gerald Shelton as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Lark Hensley and Zelois Shelton Hensley; mother and father-in-law, Charles and Peggy Hawkins; and a brother-in-law, David Hawkins.

There will be no formal visitation.

A graveside service will be Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 1 pm, in B. E. Shelton Cemetery with Rev. Danny Ricker officiating.

Greeneville/Greene County Honor Guard will be in charge of a Military Graveside Service.

Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
