Our sweet angel is healed now and in the arms of the Lord. His little smile always made a sad face happy.
He is survived by his loving mother and dedicated caregiver, Pama Feezell Phillips; his sister and brother-in-law: Lori and Mike Mitchell of Jonesborough; his grandmother: Nancy Helen Feezell; uncles and aunts: Gary and Helena Feezell, Larry and Sadie Feezell, Johnny and Mary Feezell, Gene and Reta Phillips; two nieces and their spouses: Kayla and Aaron Dearstone and Lindsey and Logan Shreve; cousins: Jennie Reeves and husband, John, and sons Noah and Isaac; special friends: Eric and Kim Hankins, Brandon and Cara Trantham, Hazel Scott, Ben and Thana Hankins, C.M. and Carol Cobble and family, Jackie and Robin Quillen, Eric and Neta Lister, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hankins, Lynn Hankins, Zak and Kim Neas, Lucille and Mary Ellen Southerland, Russell and April Beall and children, his special church families at Tarpine Valley Missionary Baptist Church and Hill Street Church of God, and many more dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving father, Jimmy Ray Phillips; maternal grandfather, Llewellyn Milburn Feezell; paternal grandfather, Ray Phillips; step-grandmother, Edith Phillips; and paternal grandmother, Anna Bianco Phillips.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jack Kirkendall and Pastor Ken Cradic officiating.
Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday in Fairview Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. Sunday to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gene Phillips, John Reeves, Mike Mitchell, Gary Feezell, Royce Tipton, and Donnie Heck.
