Mr. Parman served thirty years in the United States Army. He served in Afghanistan and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. He attended the First Church of God in Greeneville, TN.
Mr. Parman is survived by his wife: Lisa Parman; his sons: Bobby (Hannah Boughers) Melton and Dennis (Tonya Marshall) Melton; grandchildren: Ashley Freshour and Tyler Melton; great grandchildren: Jessy Massey and Remi Burger; sister: Linda Lou Parman; brother-in-law: Tommy (Gina) Dotson; sister-in-law: Alani Dotson; and nephews: Ethan Dotson and Wesley Dotson.
He was preceded in death by his parents: William Clark and Opal Louise Parman.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 8:00pm in the funeral home chapel.
The graveside service will be conducted Friday at 11:00am at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be the members of Mr. Parman’s family. The Greene County Honor Guard and the Tennessee National Guard will conduct military honors.
Family and friends are asked to meet at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home at 10:30am Friday to go in procession to the cemetery for the graveside.
