Kathy Ann Ballard

She was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith.

Kathy is survived by a daughter, Pamela (Bill) Knight of Mohawk; a son, James Israel Balllard of Greeneville; sisters, Debbie (Mike) Elmore of Bulls Gap and Judy (Billy) Morgan of Mosheim; a brother, Rick (Ann) Gregg off Portland; five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; special aunt, Barbara McGinnis of Gray; brother-in-law, Jerry (Lisa) Ballard; sister-in-law, Linda Ramsey of Morristown as well as special friends, Toni McDade and Karen Powers of Greeneville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Billy Ballard; her parents, William and Mary Ann Gregg and a daughter, Ann Marie Prowse.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 5 – 7 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be at 7 pm Thursday, in the chapel of Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Elmore officiating.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Taylor Carver, her caregiver; and UT Hospice staff, especially Heather Fugate and Leisa Carter.
