He worked in construction.

Survivors include his wife: Kasey Church; step daughter: Haley Kirkpatrick; two sons: Bryson Church and Tucker Church; parents: J.W. Church and Patty Holman; grandmother: Anna Church; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Denver and Diana Penley; second mother: Nancy Nuccio; sisters and brothers-in-law: Angela and Bobby Walker, Crystal Jones, Crystal Ripley and friend Derek Tunnel, Tasha and Rick Barwick; brothers and sister-in-law: Jeremy and Misti Ripley, Dusty Ellenburg, Ben and Coty Kite, Zachary Kite, and Charles Ripley Jr.; three sisters-in-law: Dakota Penley, Taylor Penley, and Lacey Penley; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; special friends: Thad Winchester, Randy Hawkins, Danny Russell, Steve Chandler, Tausha and Tim Diltz, Sue Ella and Henard Myers, Charly Kirby; and his horse: Abby.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Max Junior Church, Louise Franklin, Lee Bowman, and Diane Everhart; and a cousin: Conley Kite.

The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Tuesday and Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 1pm Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rocky Everhart, Rev. Paul Rice, and Rev. Vicki Mosier officiating.

Interment will follow in Phillipi Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be his family and friends.
