Services will be held at Roberdell Baptist Church, Rockingham, North Carolina, at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, with a viewing 30 minutes prior to the service.
The entombment will be immediately following the service at Richmond Memorial Park.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, J.W. O’Neal and R.C. Howard.
Surviving are her children Woody O'Neal, Patsy Waddell, Lynn Borders, and Julian O'Neal and her step-daughters Mary Ray, Pat Clark, and Melvia Ward.
