He was retired from Pavement Specialist Inc. of Dallas, TX.
Jack always felt that his greatest accomplishment in life was his family.
Mr. Boles is survived by his daughters: Gail Blankenship, Pamela (Steve) Bentley, and Terri Lynn (Jamie) Gulley; a son, Bryant (Jackie) Boles; 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several siblings; close friends, Charlie and wife, Charlotte Hoover; and his beloved dogs, Dabbo, Winston, and Ella.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Amy Louise Boles; a daughter, Linda Robinson; and a son, Kevin Boles.
At his request, he will be cremated.
A celebration of life will be conducted at a later date.
