Survivors include five children, Billy Weeks of Midway, Candice and Frankie Moore of Greeneville, Penny and Gary Harville of Tazewell, Laura Everhart of Greeneville, Kathy and Tony Voiles of Greeneville; sisters and brothers, Doris (Hubert) Metcalf and Kathleen Key of Greeneville, JR (Joann) Miser of Whitesburg, Williard (Beverly) Miser of Midway; 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and her special pup companion Tabbygail. This includes a special granddaughter and son-in-law, Paige and Dylan Tesnear of Chuckey; special grandsons, Dylan Lee and Daron Lee (Brittney Mullett) of Midway, Brandon Weeks of Mosheim; and grand-daughters, Cheyenne and Ashlee Weeks of South Carolina; special great-grandchildren, Kaison and Easton Tesnear, Noah Lee, Branston and Malachi Weeks.

She was the daughter of the late Dorothy and Arnley Miser. She is proceeded in death by her late husband, Minnis “Ralph” Seay; her sisters and brothers, Nell (Charles) Ramsey, Betty (Denton) Key, Louise (James) Harris, Ada Davis, Jessee (Vivian) Miser.

Special friends include Raeleen Boykin, Cassondra Engerson, Tammy Rector, and Angel Gulley.

The Family will receive friends from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Friday, November 18, 2022 at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The Funeral service will be held at 1pm Saturday, November 19, 2022 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Richard Long and Rev. Walter Moore officiating.

Interment will follow in New Bethel Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be James Debord, Dylan Tesnear, Daron Lee, Chris Norton, Jesse Lee Miser Jr., Tanner Engerson, and Randy Bledsoe.

Honorary Pallbearers will include Steve Engerson, Dylan Lee, Frankie Moore, and Randy West.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be sent to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.

Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
