Alma Dean Freeman Holt

She retired from Greene Valley Developmental Center.

Mrs. Holt was a member of the House of the Lord Church.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years: Earl D. “Jackie” Holt; sons: Freddy Holt and wife, Leann, and Bobby D. Holt and fiancé, Jennifer Williams, and her daughter, Taylor Williams; grandsons: Sean and Bradley Holt; sister: Betty Easterly; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Calvin and Brenda Holt; and several special nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was the daughter of the late Pearl H. and Christle C. Freeman and was preceded in death by her mother-in-law and father-in-law: Maureen Doyle and Arvel Holt; brothers: Bill, Fred, and James Freeman; sisters: Emma May Fox and Lorainne Lawing; and an infant son: Jackie Holt, Jr.

The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, July 7, 2016, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ray Shelton and Rev. Lynn Mercer officiating.

Interment will follow in River Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Gary and David Fox, Jimmy Easterly, Owen Freeman, and Sean and Bradley Holt.

Honorary pallbearers are the members of the House of the Lord Church and friends.
