Kim was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on April 19, 1958, the daughter of Claude Costley and Eva (White) Shoemaker, and was a graduate of Greencastle High School.
Mrs. Mason co-owned and operated Mason Jewelers for many years.
Survivors include her daughter, Kymberley Rebecca “Becky” Burris, (husband-Dustin), and her son, Josh Mason; two sisters, Claudette Eitel, (husband-Danny), and Doris Hosman; three grandchildren, Sierra Mason, Kadan Burris, and Maverick Mason; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Jessica Mason; a brother, Claude Julias “Mann” Costley; and a sister Peggy Detro.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Brick Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of Service on Tuesday at the funeral Home.
The family would like to request that family and friends wear their tie dye and blue jeans for service.
