David Daniel Stewart

David Daniel Stewart, 80, of Danville passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019, at his residence surrounded by his family. David was born in Coatesville on January 17, 1939, the son of Otis and Hattie (Murphy) Stewart, He attended Amo High School and had perfect attendance the whole time he was there. Mr. Stewart was a member of the Apostolic Faith, and was a member of the NRA. He was an avid stock car racer and won many trophies. Survivors include his sister Mary Jane Garland, (husband-Lewis), Coatesville; a brother, Robert Stewart, (wife-JoAnn), Coatesville; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents; his wife, Joy Lee Stewart; a sister, Betty Aboltins; and a nephew, Michael Snyder. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry VanLue officiating. Burial will follow in Stilesville Cemetery.
