Andrew H. Cunningham

Andrew H. Cunningham, age 89, of Greencastle, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Born August 10, 1923 in Putnam County, he was the son of Rayburn and Zella Cunningham and was a graduate of Amo High School. He married Letha (Petro) Cunningham on August 23, 1947 and she preceded him in death on March 15, 1997. He married Norma (Combs) Sears Cunningham on February 13, 2003 and she preceded him in death on June 17, 2004. Andy had worked at IBM for 30 years as a machine operator until his retirement in 1987. He had served as a deacon for several years and was a member of the Fillmore Christian Church. Survivors include his son, Terry Cunningham and wife, Pam of Greencastle; a sister, Arlene McCoy of Kokomo; three grandchildren, Jeff Cunningham, Joy Liebow, and Joshua Cunningham; three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wives; and parents. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Friday, May 24, 2013 at the Fillmore Christian Church with Rev. Mike Faust officiating. Interment will follow at the Fillmore Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Friday, May 24th from 12:00 pm until time of service.
