She was born in Sanger California on November 30, 1935 to Alexander and Louise Brehm. She graduated from Sanger High School in California in 1953 and married her high school sweetheart Gerald E. Minor September 1953.
Lorrayne had many successful jobs including being a wonderful mother and grandmother. They relocated to Sacramento CA in 1968 and she worked for the U.S. Federal Court House in Sacramento. They pursued their dream of owning a small business and moved to Loveland CO and opened Rocky Mountain Tire Company in Loveland and Fort Collins in 1980. After selling the business she worked in the office of Life Spring Covenant Church. Upon leaving the church she became a medical transcriptionist. She was a loving person and loved by all who knew her.
She enjoyed her bible studies and the friendships she made. Her church affiliations were Life Spring Covenant, Crossroads, and recently Foundation Church in Loveland. She also enjoyed sewing, gardening, painting and cooking. She enjoyed traveling with her husband of 59 years and celebrating many anniversaries together. She adored and loved spending time with her family and friends.
Preceding her in death are her husband Gerald Minor, her three siblings Minnie MacElroy, Edward Brehm, and Shirley Contente. Michelle Minor (daughter-in-law) also preceded her in death.
She leaves behind her three children, Cherie Coe (Steve) from Buena Vista, Paula Minor of Lodi CA, and Jim Minor of Loveland. She also leaves her six grandchildren, Brad Avila, Justice Miller, Jackie Martin, Ryan Minor, Travis Coe, Brody Coe and six great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held May 16th at 11:00 am at Foundations Church in Loveland.
