He is survived by his wife, Corrine Johnson Anderson, and his four children and their spouses:
Tamara Key Atwell (and Alan), Todd Kenneth Anderson (and Nancy), Troy Keith Anderson (and Jennie), & Tate Kevin Anderson (and Kristy), and 9 grandchildren: Jared, Jordan, Carlie, Keaton, Parker, Logan, and Carter, Alexa, Davis.
He has an Aunt Phyllis Smith living in Oregon.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Herb and Evelyn Anderson. He had no siblings.
Ken graduated from SD School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, SD. In 1960 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He worked briefly at Better Homes and Gardens in Des Moines, Ia. He enlisted in the Army in 1961 so that he could obtain a direct Commission. He was in the Army until 1965. After discharge, he and his family moved to Chicago, IL where he attended Moody Bible Institute for one year, then signed on with IBM. He worked with them until 1999. After Chicago, IBM moved him to Silver Spring, Md. Finally to Bedford, TX. In 1981 where he has been in residence these past 42 years.
After retirement, he took great joy in getting a program organized at the Grapevine Recreation Center to teach senior citizens how to use computers. That program continues today. He was also a faithful teacher of the Bible for a group of seniors at his church First Baptist Church of Euless (now named Cross City Church.)
A visitation for Kenneth will be held Thursday, December 22, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cross City First Euless Campus, 1000 Airport Fwy, Euless, TX 76039, followed by a Celebration of Life from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to two of the missionary organization he faithfully supported over most of his family years.
