Thomas Frederick Kinney, Sr., age 81, passed away on October 26, 2022 at Trillium Woods. Tom was born in Grand Rapids on May 12, 1941 to Fred & Jeanne (Geller) Kinney Sr. and was a lifelong resident of the area.
After graduating from Catholic Central High School, Tom proudly served his country in the Navy. After his honorable discharge, he returned home and enrolled at Davenport University earning his bachelor’s degree. Tom would go on to spend his career working in banking industry.
In 1962, Tom decided it was time to settle down. He was united in marriage to the love of his life, the former Mary Lynn Lamoreaux. The devoted couple were excited to celebrate 60 years of wedded bliss on their last anniversary.
