Dietz, June Jeanette Howorth passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018. She celebrated her 100th birthday on June 10, 2018. She was born in Greenville, MI, the daughter of Howard and Nilah Grinnell Howorth. She married the love of her life, Raymond Julius Dietz, Jr. on April 22, 1939, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her husband, Raymond, preceded her in death. She is survived by her three children, David, of Grand Rapids, MI; Mary Williams (James) of Jefferson City, MO and Thomas Dietz (Susan) of Ballwin, MO. June was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church. She loved her Bible study classes and talked about going to de Colores meetings, which she loved. June worked for Faith Lutheran Church for many years. She was also known for her great baking. June loved to garden and watch the birds. When she was growing up she loved to roller skate. June is also survived by several Grandchildren, Scot Dietz (Renee) of California; Marc Dietz, Missouri; Step-Grandson, Eric, Missouri; Chris Williams (Kim), Missouri; Rebecca Moore, Texas (Michael), Matthew Williams (Angela), Missouri. Several Great-Grandchildren, Rachel Marie, Lily, Ashlynn, Aurora, Margaret, Sean II, Kathryn, Heidi, Jonathan, Samuel, Derrick and step Great-Grandchildren Jasmine, Kolton, and Cheyanne. Also Nieces, Nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at August 17, 2018; 11:00 am at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 3215 4 Mile Rd NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49525.
