Mrs. Agnes Geraldine Dudek (Barstis), age 94, of Grand Rapids died peacefully on May 18, 2014. She is survived by her husband of almost 63 years Joseph J. Dudek; children Thomas (Roberta) Dudek, Rev. Stephen Dudek, and Mary (Steve) Cok all of Grand Rapids area and two grandsons Daniel (Kathryn) Eardley, Chicago, Il. and Michael Eardley, of Grand Rapids. She worked many years as a secretary at St. Mary’s Hospital until her retirement. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Blessed Sacrament Church (2275 Diamond Ave NE, Grand Rapids). Interment at Rosedale Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors at Blessed Sacrament Church on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8pm and again on Wednesday from 11:30am until the time of Mass. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at St. Ann’s Home for the loving care she was given the past three years. Memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Church or San Juan Diego Academy.
