Mrs. Syble Naomi Miller, daughter of the late Dewey and Nancy Peoples was born April 5, 1927, in Russellville, Arkansas. She graduated from Grand Prairie High School in 1945. At an early age she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and attended Lakeland Heights Assembly of God in Grand Prairie.
She was united in holy matrimony to James Miller on November 7th, 1947. This union was blessed with two daughters.
Her Christian life was as beautiful as the flowers that she loved so well, and her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her. Syble and her husband Reverend James Miller served as pastors of Faith Assembly of God in Dallas and Fairmeadows Assembly of God in Duncanville. She quietly departed this life Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Buffalo Creek Assisted Living Facility in Waxahachie, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Dewey Peoples, mother, Nancy Peoples, and sisters, Sue Jackson and Betty Butler.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Sharon Coffey and husband Pete from Horseshoe Bay, Texas, Charlotte Moore and husband John of Scurry, Texas, Grandson Jason Moore and wife April of Joshua, Texas, Granddaughter Ashley Cook and husband Jay, and great-grandchildren Kolton Cook, McKynna Rotenberry, Jase Moore, and Caroline Moore, and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, and friends.
