Ron grew up in New York, when he was 14 years old, his family moved to Puerto Rico until his senior year of high school when they moved to Fort Myers, FL where he graduated. While in school he played multiple instruments and was the youngest first string violinist. Ron met Lisa online, and although they were several miles away, they shared movies and popcorn every Friday night, and continued when he moved from Arlington, VA to Arlington, TX in July of 2009. They married on April 25, 2011, and shared the same passion for food and music. Ron was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma on June 13, 2017; he received his bone marrow transplant on May 18, 2018, along with his new birthday.
Ron loved children, dogs and dolphins. He was outgoing, friendly, compassionate, committed, and a gentle giant. His true passion was music. He and his brother were DJ's and he had his own personal music studio in his home.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Mack and his brother William A Mack Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Lisa Haymon of Grand Prairie, Texas; mother, Dorothy Mack Morgan (Thomas Morgan) of Kissimmee, Florida; two daughters, Kimberly Mack of Fort Myers, FL and Shawanna Jefferson of Orlando, FL, one son Octavius “Cody” Jefferson of Orlando, FL, one brother, Gregory Mack of Orlando FL, three half-sisters, Belinda Mack, Stacey Mack from North Carolina and Tracy Mack from Kansas City, Missouri;
Grandchildren: Ahazjah, Saron, Saronna, Sarah, Anthony, Ziah, Onterrell, Ariya, Coriahn, of Florida and Kameron, Jayden, Mia, Jamari, Billy, Makala, KaMiyah of Texas; two nieces: Ashley and Asia from Orlando, Fl. Three nephews: William, Angel, and Hector from New Jersey; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Dear Baby,
I wish I had advanced notice so I could have told you "I love you," and kiss you one more time. Now I got to learn to operate the remote controls, stove and security cameras. Why didn't you force me to learn it? Instead, you took care of it on your own. I know you're still with me and watching over me. I won in both of my fantasy football leagues the other day. Keep doing what you do so I can make the playoff. I'll keep a light on for you. ,
Love,
Lisa Ruth
