Jeffrey died suddenly at his home in Grand Junction. Jeff was born and lived in Cleveland, Ohio until 2001 when he moved to Grand Junction to work at Air and Water Balancing of HVAC systems with his dad for 15 years. He was currently employed at Delta Correctional Facility as a guard. He was proceeded in death by his mother Rita Borowske Smith of Cleveland, Ohio and survived by his father Herlen (Mike) Smith Jr of Collbran, Colorado, sisters Irene Dornauer and Andrea Oles, both of Cleveland Ohio. He was currently single. He was a kind hearted, devoted, giving, and loving friend to many. He enjoyed helping others as a volunteer fireman for 12 years at Clifton Fire Department.
