Ila Mae Miracle passed away February 17, 2022 at La Villa Grande Care Center, she was 100.

Ila was born on April 15, 1921 in Fruita, Colorado from the union of Harry and Mary Farney.

She married Dewey Miracle on March 23, 1939 in Grand Junction; he preceded her in death on July 6, 1988 in Grand Junction. She was a bookkeeper for Dewey D. Miracle Trucking and enjoyed the bowling league.

Ila was a devoted mother to not only her biological children, but to anyone else who was in need. Her joy and laughter would light up anyone. To her grandchildren she was better known as "Gum Grandma".

Ila leaves behind two sons, Roger (Betty) Miracle and Alan (Connie) Miracle, two sisters, Loraine O' Nan and Phyllis Stewart, eighteen grandchildren and was blessed by an abundant amount of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Loretta Hunt, a son, Delbert Miracle, and a brother, Norman Farney.

A memorial service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, April 15, 2022 at Martin Mortuary and a committal service at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
