Jimmy Ray Bell

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to so many people that loved him dearly. He was born in Samson, AL on February 14th, 1951, to the late Ballard and Mattie Bell. He was married for 51 years to Susan Bell.

Jimmy is survived by his 3 children: son Chris (Christy), daughters Kelly (Thomas) and Katie. 9 Grandchildren: Jordan (Ali), Jenna, Jared (Thao), Jacob, Hannah, Tyler, Trevor, Kendall, and Kinsley. 6 Great Grandchildren: Jordan, Rayden, Cora, Layla, Miller, and Jaylynn. His brothers Randall (Ronni), Jackie (Brenda), Ricky, and sister Carol (Jerry). Lots of nieces and nephews that he loved like his own.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Susan Bell, his father Ballard Bell, mother Mattie Bell, brothers Wayne and Olen Ray and sister, Neva.

Jimmy was a truck driver and retired from Coraluzzo Torrissi Petroleum Transport in 2016. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family, watching nascar racing, playing guitar and was a master mechanic that could fix nearly anything. He loved nothing more than entertaining all the kids in the backyard whether it was riding them on the lawnmower or teaching them to drive. He was always there when anyone needed him and will be deeply missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
