Jeffrey Thomas Macon, born January 10, 1968, in Orlando, Florida, passed away on August 23, 2024. A beloved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew and friend, Jeff’s warmth and zest for life touched everyone who knew him.
Jeff was a graduate of Boone High School and spent his career in the hospitality industry, where his dedication and personable nature made him a favorite among colleagues and customers alike.
Jeff is survived by his loving family, his sister Shannon Dos Santos and her husband Gary Dos Santos, and their children Corina and Sierra, his brother Brian Macon and his wife Lisa Macon, along with their children Sheridan, Bryce, and Tracy-Lynn Lockwood as well as his half-sister Mary Wysocki and her husband Maksym Wysocki, along with their children Karson and Annabelle. Jeffrey is also survived by his ex-husband and life-long partner, Daniel Ortiz. Jeff was deeply loved by his family and will be remembered for his kindness and generosity.
Jeff was a vibrant spirit who embraced life with an abundance of curiosity. He had a deep passion for traveling, exploring new places, and creating beautiful spaces through his love of interior design. His heart was always open to cuddling his beloved dogs, and he cherished every moment spent at concerts, Disney parks, and water parks. His playful and adventurous nature made him a kid at heart, a quality that endeared him to all who knew him.
A graveside service for the family will be held on September 15, 2024. Following this, a Celebration of Life will be held at 11:30 a.m. at 2386 Huntingdale Lane, Oviedo, FL, where friends and family are warmly invited to join in honoring Jeff’s life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hope and Help, a charity dear to Jeff’s heart. Jeff’s legacy of love, laughter, and joy will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
