George grew up with his parents, John Melville Crabb and Romaine Dixie White of Seattle, Washington, and his sister, Joan Crabb of Orlando, FL. George has fond memories of being raised with his sister in Des Moines, Iowa, learning piano from the hands of their mother, and having horses while living on their family farm. As an adult, George moved to Orlando, FL where he worked with and courted Sheila Ann McSwiney. George and Sheila were married on July 29, 1977. They were subsequently sealed as a family with their children, in the Atlanta, GA temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. George was a committed provider for his family and worked as a machinist for a government contractor for nearly 30 years. George is preceded in death by his late wife Sheila Crabb, his parents John and Romaine Crabb, and his sister Joan Crabb. George is survived by his children: Angela Metzger, Rochelle Royal and her husband Scott, John Crabb and his wife Janet, and Natalie LaLone and her husband Johnathon. He is also survived by eight grandchildren: Autumn, Nathan, Bradley, Isabelle, Hyrum, Rachel, Patrice, and Ammon, as well as six great-grandchildren: Xander, Summer, Brooklyn, Olivia, Dean, and Eli.
