Vivienne Ysolde Cook was born and died on October 2, 2010 at Banner Estrella Hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
She is survived by her parents Joshua and Bobbi Cook, her sisters Aleah, Genevieve and Juliette, her brothers Alexander and Ian, as well as her maternal grandparents Kathy and Robert Zollinger and paternal grandparents Glenn and Rosilene Cook.
A burial service was held Thursday, October 7 at Holy Cross Cemetery.
