Shurlene Jean Brommelhaus, 80, of Litchfield Park, AZ died August 4, 2011 at home. She was born July 18, 1931 in Dallas, TX to John and Lucille Price. She moved to Arizona in 1974 and was a secretary at Goodyear Aerospace.
Jean was admired by her friends and family for her outgoing, loving personality. She was a former model and she her twin sister Joan Powers won the Sears National Baby Contest.
She is survived by her twin sister Joan Powers and nephew Don Powers of Litchfield Park. She was preceded in death by her husband Vince Brommelhaus.
Visitation and service are being held Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 10:00 and 11:00am respectively, at Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear, AZ. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale.
