Robert Lelakowski

Robert “Bobski” Lelakowski, 70, of Buckeye, Arizona, died April 23, 2012 surrounded by family and listening to his favorite country songs. He died in Goodyear, Arizona after a year-long battle with Burkett’s Lymphoma. Bob was the son of Ted and Mary (Klaczko) Lelakowski. He attended Fabius Central School and lived in Pompey, New York until moving to Arizona in 1971. Bobski was a master auto mechanic, specializing in Chrysler products for 40 years. He was a loving and caring father, grandfather and friend.

He is survived by his life partner, Sharon Delcioppo; daughter, Julie McCarty(Terry); three sons, Rob (Laura), Larry (Monica), and Tim (Michaela) Lelakowski; brother, Ted Lelakowski Jr.; and four grandchildren, Robbie, Theo, Tyler, and Gianna.

There will be a visitation Thursday, April 26, at Thompsons Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear, AZ from 6-8pm with a rosary being recited at 7:00. Mass is Friday, April 27, at 10am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 13720 West Thomas Road Avondale, AZ. Please send donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, www.lls.org.
