Mr. Phillips and his wife owned and operated KEPCO Engraving for 27 years. He worked on the first computer for the State of Arizona and was a programmer for many years. He and his wife became square dancers in 1959 and he was President
of Maryvale Twirlers for 3 years and continued to be involved in square dancing for most of his life. Mr. Phillips was in the U. S. Army and a member of the American Legion for 19 years.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife of 61 years, Eunice Phillips, his daughters Gayle (Ed) Mullins, Karen Smith, Vicki Roush, Susan Phillips, son Kenneth (Mary) Phillips Jr., 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Veranda Unit, Palm Valley Rehabilitation & Care Center, 13575 W. McDowell Road,
