Isabel was a retired certified public accountant at the General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and a ballroom dancing instructor. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandma and had the title of world’s best cook by her family.
She is survived by her spouse, Osias Santos; her daughter, Dulce Apenalosa (Rey Penalosa); her sons, Onesimo M. Santos (Judith G. Santos), Angelio M. Santos (Vision Cho Santos) Shielito M. Santos (Marietta S. Santos); her sisters, Natividad Villena, and Belen Paraiso (Dan Paraiso); her brothers, Ireneo Mandin (Maria Mandin), and Nicanor Mandin (Marilou Mandin); Isabel is also survived by her seven grandchildren, Alyana, Carlo, Erin, Isobelle, Shiela, Mariel, and Zildjian. She was preceded in death by her parents, Felipe Mandin Sr. and Corazon Mandin; her brothers Phillip Mandin, and Clandio Mandin; and her sister, Felisa Chavez.
Rosary services are scheduled for 7pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd. Goodyear, AZ 85338, with a public visitation to be held one hour prior. Mass is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 10am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 13720 W Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392.
