Donald L. Braaten, 69, of Goodyear, died on March 24, 2013. He was born on Feb 7, 1944 in Harvey, IL to Sophie and Floyd Braaten Sr., the second of five children. He is survived by his three children, Teri Lynn, Shawn and Scott, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, mother, two brothers, and two sisters. His high point in life was spending time with his family. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Sat, March 30th at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear, AZ.
