M. Craig Pisar, age 62 of Glendale, AZ died March 23, 2018 in Glendale, AZ. He was born July 19, 1955 in Bakersfield, CA to Sheldon Pisar and Lillian Hart. A true servant, Craig spent his entire life helping others, from teaching Sunday School, to leading young adult groups, working with singles clubs, newlywed ministries, and various home groups to his greatest passion, homeless outreach. Craig truly knew what it meant to be Christlike. His entire life of service should be a shining example for everyone.
Craig is survived by his wife, Connie Pisar; daughter, Jamie Durbin-Villegas, sons, Bryan and Christopher Lamb; sister, Laurie Godich; brothers, Paris Street, Bob Godich, Brian Pisar, and Keith Pisar; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Dappen and his father, Sheldon Pisar.
A visitation will be at 1:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ 85338.
