Charles Alan Farnsworth 37, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 10, 2010. He was born on March 27, 1973 in Yuma, Arizona to Russell and Sandra Farnsworth. Charles is survived by his father Russell (Betty) Farnsworth, mother Sandra Farnsworth (Fred Cupell), sister, Cathryn (Max) Dunham, and brother Rusty (Joni) Farnsworth, son, Dominique Farnsworth and daughter, Paige Farnsworth, wife Tina; step-daughters, Shyann, Kerri and Sharina Mitts and grand-daughter Peyton. Charles was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Ardibell Hoover on August 22, 2010. Services are pending.
