Scott Anthony Swafford, age 41, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021.
Scott was a member of Metro Baptist Church Goodlettsville, and he was a devoted follower of Christ. He served in the U.S. Air Force, Security Forces and was honorably discharged with the rank of Senior Airman. He was an employee of the U.S. Postal Service.
He is survived by his wife, Rowena; sons, Steven, James and Andrew of Goodlettsville, TN; mother, Sharon Swafford of Goodlettsville; sisters, Renee Reynolds and Suzanne McGregor; brother, Matt Swafford; father, Noel Swafford deceased after Scott passed.
A service will be held 2pm Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastors Ryan Hill and Brandon Pugh officiating. Burial will follow with military honors.
Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday from 2pm until 8pm and Wednesday from 12pm until 2pm at the funeral home.
