Age 64, passed away on the 14th of June 2015.
Preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Jewel Simpson; and brother, Barry Fulton.
Survived by his wife of 44 years, Phyllis Fulton; sons, Derek (Michelle) Fulton and Andrew (Cori Nicholson) Fulton; grandchildren, Annabella, Madeleine, and Ayden Fulton; father, Richard H. (Sandra) Fulton; brother, Richard Fulton; and sisters, Linda Hurt and Donna Brooks.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, the 18th of June 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
Interment to follow by escorted procession to Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
The family will gather with friends for a time of remembrance and visitation at Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Wednesday from four o'clock until eight o'clock in the evening, and again one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
