In 1986 Mark Reeves taught Carol how to drive. In 1988 carol got her first car. Mark told Carol that she could do anything and she did.
Carol worked at sudden service for 3 or 4 years, then she worked at Ships, then she worked at Opryland Hotel. She worked there for 17 years. She started out as a housekeeper, the she moved up to food and drink manager.
Mark and Carol lived together for 7 years before they got married. Carol and Mark married June 26th, 1993. Carol loved family life and enjoyed traveling around the world. She went to Alaska, Hawaii, and enjoyed cruises. She loved to have fun and always had a smile on her face. She was in the Caribbean. She rode on a zipline for the first time and was really nervous, but had a wonderful time with Mark. She treasured every vacation. She loved taking photos and enjoying all the memories being mad with Mark, family, and friends. Carol enjoyed having family cookouts and holidays. She enjoyed everywhere she went and enjoyed everyone around her.
She worked at the dollar store and then worked at Ace Exterminating Company for 5 years. She loved and enjoyed everyone she worked with.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 29 years Mark S. Reeves, son James Brown (Stephanie), daughter Jawanna Brown, 5 grandchildren, sister Debbie Severin (Kenny) Duluth, Minnesota, sister Cindy Lawrence (Mike) Duluth, Minnesota, sister Patty Brown, Duluth, Minnesota, brother Howard Brown, Tampa Bay, Florida
She is preceded in death by her mother Pearl Robinson and her father Howard (Buck) Brown Sr.
A visitation for Carol will be held Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, Tennessee. A visitation will occur Friday, June 3, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Goodlettsville, Tennessee. A visitation will occur Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Goodlettsville, Tennessee. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 2:00 PM, Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
Carol will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
