Mary Dell Forsythe Guidry, 80, of LaPlace, Louisiana, went home to be with Jesus on November 19, 2024. She was born in Lutcher, Louisiana on January 30th, 1944, and married the love of her life, Gordon Guidry on February 16, 1963. When it comes to the best of the best, that was Mary Guidry. Her sassy clothes, awesome smiles, love of family, and Elvis’s vibe always had her dancing somewhere. She was willing to conquer any task. She worked hard to get things done, As a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, she was number one. She loved St. Jude, if you’d like to donate there or wear leopard to her funeral to honor her designer flair. She is survived by her daughter, Halaine; sons, Troy, Chad and Toby Guidry; twenty grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
